God is Almighty

Jesus looked at them and said, “With human beings this is impossible, but with God all things are possible”.
God is able to handle any situation. You either believe that in it’s entirety or not at all. Faith cannot be measured in halves. Thought the scriptures, the might of God is recorded. From the creation, imagine that, to the last Revelation.
After I heard what sounded like the roar a great multitude in heaven shouting, “Hallelujah!Salvation and glory and power belong to our God.” Revelation 19:1
Nobody is stronger than God, nobody is more powerful, He can do anything and everything necessary to look after you. More than that, God expects us to bring our struggles and difficulties to Him.
Matthew 11:28-30The Message (MSG)
28-30 “Are you tired? Worn out? Burned out on religion? Come to me. Get away with me and you’ll recover your life. I’ll show you how to take a real rest. Walk with me and work with me—watch how I do it. Learn the unforced rhythms of grace. I won’t lay anything heavy or ill-fitting on you. Keep company with me and you’ll learn to live freely and lightly.”
In order for God to show His might and step into our situations we have to believe and invite Him into the midst of our struggles. Imagine for a moment all that power and strength available for you and me?
Tired, worn out
Christ says, “come to me”, that’s a simple ask, how we choose to respond to it is up to us. God is able to meet all your needs and He will fulfil His promises to you in His perfect time and way. What you are imagining is impossible, is more than possible to Him.
Make your goal today, to believe that to your very core, that Almighty God is interested in you and in every situation that you face. God rules the world, He started it and in due time He will finish it. I urge you in the face of whatever you may be facing today, pray this prayer with me.
Almighty God, in whom all things are possible, I bring to you this day that which I am facing, It seems impossible God that anything good can come of it. I find myself unable to face the complexity of the situation. But you Almighty God, the creator of heaven and earth, you see clearly through the storms and you have the power to stretch your arms over the storms of my life and command it to be still. I trust you O God and now in this moment, I bring before you my burdens and heartache. I pray for guidance, patience and wisdom. I am deeply grateful God, that you care for me and that you have heard my prayer. I pray this prayer in the Almighty Name of Jesus. El Shaddai. Amen
It must never be forgotten that Almighty God rules this world. He is not an absentee God.

God, our Creator

God created our beautiful world. O, it’s beautiful indeed. He also created you and me. When He was done, He said it was good. Genesis 1:31. “God saw all He had made, and it was very good”. Did you get that? Not just good, very good. He was pleased with what He had made-He then gives us the world and all its beauty to enjoy. Every single day we can find pleasure in His creativity and enjoy His splendour. There are many ways to worship God. One of them is to praise Him for the splendour of the universe. Every majestic mountain every mesmerising sunset, every drop of water that falls from the heavens. Wherever we look there is evidence of the greatness of God. His creativity is endless. Today, take a moment to acknowledge our God, the Creator. That might mean that you will have to stop what you are doing, go outside and look to the heavens. Acknowledge God as Creator. David’s Psalm might help put words in your mouth.
Psalm 8[a]
For the director of music. According to gittith.[b] A psalm of David.

1 Lord, our Lord,
how majestic is your name in all the earth!
You have set your glory
in the heavens.
2 Through the praise of children and infants
you have established a stronghold against your enemies,
to silence the foe and the avenger.
3 When I consider your heavens,
the work of your fingers,
the moon and the stars,
which you have set in place,
4 what is humanity that you are mindful of them,
human beings that you care for them?[c]
5 You have made them[d] a little lower than the angels[e]
and crowned them[f] with glory and honor.
6 You made them rulers over the works of your hands;
you put everything under their[g] feet:
7 all flocks and herds,
and the animals of the wild,
8 the birds in the sky,
and the fish in the sea,
all that swim the paths of the seas.
9 Lord, our Lord,
how majestic is your name in all the earth!

At the same time, it is right to give thanks to God for creating you.

Psalm 139

13 For you created my inmost being;
you knit me together in my mother’s womb.
14 I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made;
your works are wonderful,
I know that full well.

God has created such variety in you and me, in the moons and the stars, in the mountains and the seas, such splendour to remind us of His infinite Glory and also to remind us that He is God the Creator.
